Private Beta Notice & Acceptable Use

Effective date: October 6, 2026.

BidPilot AI is being evaluated with a limited group of users. Use it for testing, qualification support, and proposal drafting assistance—not as the sole source of truth for a procurement submission.

What beta users should expect

Features and interfaces may change. Extracted deadlines, values, requirements, risk flags, and draft responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must compare results against the source solicitation.

Suitable beta content

Use public solicitations, fictional examples, sanitized documents, or other information you are authorized to process and that does not require a regulated or enterprise-security environment.

Unsuitable beta content

Do not use classified, CUI, export-controlled, highly confidential, regulated personal, financial, health, credential, or payment information.

Truthful proposal use

Never submit a BidPilot-generated statement about certifications, insurance, experience, personnel, past performance, pricing, or eligibility unless it is accurate and supported by your records.

Feedback

Beta users may be asked for usability and product feedback. Do not include confidential solicitation or customer information in feedback unless a secure, approved channel is provided.

Acceptance

By choosing to use the private beta, the user acknowledges these limitations and remains responsible for reviewing all source documents and final proposal materials.
